Common Issues
Quick fixes for the most common Morph problems.
Plugin won't load
If the Morph plugin doesn't appear or shows a blank panel:
- Make sure you're using the latest version of Framer
- Try removing and reinstalling the plugin from the Framer Marketplace
- Clear Framer's cache (close and reopen the project)
"Site limit reached" error
You've hit the maximum number of sites for your plan. Either upgrade your plan or delete an unused site from the dashboard.
Changes not showing on published site
- Make sure you saved your rules in the plugin (check for the Unsaved Changes banner)
- The runtime has a 5-minute cache — wait a few minutes or republish your Framer site
- Verify the snippet is connected (Account tab → green "Connected" status)
- Check that your rules are set to Active, not Draft or Paused
Rule count at limit
On the Free plan, you're limited to 3 rules per site. The "Create Rule" button is disabled when you've reached the limit. Upgrade to Pro or Business for unlimited rules.
Can't access billing
Email confirmation is required before you can upgrade. Check the banner at the top of the dashboard or in Plugin settings, and confirm your email first.
Plugin shows "unauthenticated"
Your API key may have expired or been rotated. Sign out from the plugin menu (⋯ → Log out) and sign in again.
