Manage Subscription

How to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Morph subscription.

Morph subscriptions are managed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider.

Upgrading

  1. Go to DashboardBilling
  2. Click Upgrade on the plan you want
  3. Complete checkout through Lemon Squeezy
  4. Your new plan is active immediately

Changing plans

To switch between Pro and Business (or change billing frequency):

  1. Go to DashboardBilling
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. This opens the Lemon Squeezy customer portal where you can change your plan

Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Canceling

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to DashboardBilling
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Select Cancel in the Lemon Squeezy portal

After cancellation:

  • Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • After that, your account reverts to the Free plan
  • Excess sites are paused, rule limits are enforced
  • Your rules and data are preserved — nothing is deleted

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Morph enters a grace period:

  1. You'll receive an email about the failed payment
  2. You have a few days to update your payment method in the Lemon Squeezy portal
  3. If the payment isn't resolved, your account is paused
  4. Paused accounts stop serving personalization on published sites (the runtime returns a no-op script)

Update your payment method from the Billing page to reactivate.
